Grand Deluxe Party Room (Happy Hour 11:30am to 4:30pm)

Campsite Introduction

  • Located in Fung Kat Hueng, Kam Tin, New Territories. 
  • The huge lawn in the campsite is suitable for all kinds of outdoor activities.
  • The campsite is near the Kai Kung Leng country park, where you can go hiking and enjoy the sunset. 
  • The campsite is near Nam Sang Wai and Hong Kong Wetland Park, where you can enjoy nature and have eco-tour. 

Grand Deluxe Party Room Facilities

  • A huge and luxurious karaoke party room, enough for 20 people suitable for all kinds of indoor activities. 
  • Big dining room for potluck party .
  • Poker room for all kinds of poker games.
  • Mahjong room equipped with automated mahjong table.

Rental (Monday to Sunday)

  • Happy Hour (11:30am to 4:30pm) $1,600.
  • Prime Time (5:00pm to 11:00pm) $2,400.
  • Maximum Guests: 20 

Please note before booking:

  • Once your booking is confirmed, all rescheduling and cancellation should follow the Cancellation Policy and Bad Weather Arrangement as stated in each property. Please read the Cancellation Policy and Bad Weather Arrangement before you book. 
  • A deposit of $1000 is required upon arrival (cash only). 
  • The latest check-in time is 8:00 pm. Please notify the campsite prior to arrival if campers wish to check-in at other time. 
  • Campsite is located in the country-side, mosquitoes and other insects are unavoidable.  Our campsite will provide mosquito-repellent, and our guests are welcome to prepare their own.
  • Please present your ID card upon checking-in. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Free parking is provided.
  2. Please bring along your personal toiletries,  such as towels, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, razor, and camp light. 
  3. Please note that for your own and public safeties, no cooking is allowed inside of the caravan (except cup noodles).
  4. Electronic devices that consume a huge amount of electricity is forbidden in the caravan. 
  5. Guests are responsible for all kitchenware cleaning. The campsite reserves all rights to charge for cleaning fee.
  6. Please do not bring any contraband, such as combustibles and explosives (firework) or other dangerous items into the campsite. 
  7. Please apply beforehand if you would like to bring pets into the campsite (except guide dog). 
  8. Please respect other guests and staff inside of the campsite. Please do not perform any dangerous and destructive actions. 
  9. Please do not harvest and plants or fruits at the campsite. 
  10. Aside from the specified smoking area, smoking inside of the caravan is forbidden. 
  11. Please always look after your kids. Do not leave your kids in the caravan without guardians. 
  12. Free wifi is provided. Nonetheless, any wifi malfunctioning cannot be used as a booking cancellation reason. 
  13. Please do not take any campsite facilities or items with you. Guests should be responsible for all damages or losses caused.
  14. Please do not litter. Garbage bins are set up around the campsite for garbage disposal.  Please sort your garbage as well.
  15. Before leaving the campsite, please put the bed sheets back to place, and revert the sofa and bed to their original place. Please also return the room key. 
  16. Please lock the caravan door when you check out and remember to bring along all your belongings.
  17. The echo in the countryside is louder than that in the city. Please protect the environment and other guests, please try to keep your voices down and do not play music and mahjong from 23:00 to 10:00. 

Cancellation Policy

Change of reservation
30 days before the check-in time:
After the online reservation is confirmed, if you need to change the check-in date, you must do so before check-in 30 days. Contact the registration office 9694 0077, each camper needs to pay $300 handling fee
Less than 30 days before the check-in time:
• No changes to the reservation can be made.

Reservation cancellation
30 days before the check-in time:
• 5% handling fee will be charged.
Less than 30 days before the check-in time:
• No refund can be granted.

Bad Weather Arrangements

a.  In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

b.  All activities will be canceled if typhoon signal no. 8 or above, red or black rainstorm warning is issued on the day of arrival, and you may reschedule the booking to another date of same value within 60 days. Guests must inform Park Nature about the arrangement within 7 days.
